Hey, Beautiful People!
This week is all about journaling, joy, and (yes) voting! If you’re like me, you’re counting down to the end of election week, ready for answers and some well-deserved peace. With less than 48 hours until we find out who’ll lead our country for the next four years, we’re on the edge of history—and I don’t know about you, but I’ll be ready for a drink... or maybe just a strong cup of coffee!
That’s why I couldn’t be more excited to host my inaugural event, Journals and Java for Ronisha Arlene, where we’ll gather to reflect, sip, and soak in a little calm after all the election noise. I’d love to see you there to share in this joyful moment, find some peace, and refocus together. Let’s dive into this wild week with hope and good vibes!
Hope to see you soon!
Bloom Feature of the Week
VOTE!
Yes, we know—everyone is telling you to vote. But here’s the truth: your voice is essential, now more than ever. Our country’s character and integrity are on the line, and every single vote counts in shaping the future we want. No matter your beliefs, if you’ve been paying any attention to this moment in history, you know what’s at stake. So don’t just sit back. Show up. Go FUCKING VOTE. Period.
Let’s make our voices heard and be part of the change!
Petals & Cheers Tip
Take an Hour Off Social Media
Election updates can feel nonstop, and it’s easy to get caught up in the scroll. This week, try setting aside one hour a day to go completely offline. Use the time to recharge—read a book, go for a walk, or just sit with your thoughts. Giving yourself this break can help you reconnect with what matters and feel more present, especially when the world feels loud.
Your mind (and your peace) will thank you!

Joyful Journal Prompt
“Grounding”
“What’s one thing that brought you comfort or joy during a challenging time? How did it help you feel more grounded?”
As you reflect, think about the small moments or acts of kindness that lifted your spirits. Let this be a reminder that even in uncertainty, joy and peace are within reach.
Affirmation:
“I am resilient and open to the joy that finds me, even in uncertain times.”
Bible Verse:
"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid."
— John 14:27
Petal of the Week: Flower Recipe
Calm & Comfort Bouquet
Inspired by gratitude and calm, this week’s arrangement brings soft, peaceful colors and textures perfect for adding a soothing touch to your space.
What You’ll Need:
- 3 white or cream roses (for peace and elegance)
- 2 stems of pink carnations (for warmth and gratitude)
- 3 stems of eucalyptus (for a refreshing, calming scent)
- 1-2 stems of green hydrangea (for fullness and resilience)
How to Arrange It:
1. Trim the stems of all flowers and greenery, varying their heights for a layered, dynamic look.
2. Start with the eucalyptus as a base, allowing it to create structure and a calming backdrop for the flowers.
3. Add the roses to the center of the bouquet for an elegant focal point.
4. Layer in the carnations around the roses, giving warmth and a pop of color.
5. Finish with the hydrangea, placing it around the base to add fullness and texture.
Place this bouquet somewhere cozy, and let it remind you to breathe deeply and find gratitude in the little things. 🌸✨
