Every superhero has a location.
Batman had the Batcave.
The Avengers had the mansion.
And now I have Suite Restoration.
This isn’t just an apartment. This is holy ground. This is revival wrapped in hardwood floors and sunlit windows. This is where I began again.

When I started my search back in January, I had my list—my must-haves. I knew what I was looking for even if I couldn’t fully articulate it at the time. I needed something that wasn’t just functional, but sacred. A place that felt like God was already waiting on me inside.
Big windows. I needed light. Not just physical light, but spiritual clarity. I wanted to wake up to sunshine, not shadows. To feel the warmth of new mercies beaming in by 8 a.m.
Hardwood floors. That was non-negotiable. Carpet couldn’t hold the weight of this moment. I wanted floors that told a story—vintage, rooted, full of soul. Atlanta’s housing market is a circus, but I wasn’t looking for just anything. I wanted character. I wanted presence.
City-centered, beltline adjacent. I’m an Atlanta girl, and I said what I said. Sandy Springs? Not Atlanta. Decatur? Not Atlanta. I needed to be in the city. I needed walkability, accessibility, vibrancy. I needed to still feel connected even when I was starting over.
It took three and a half months to find the place that would hug me back. And when I walked into this apartment—the sunlight, the courtyard view, the stillness—I knew. This wasn’t just a lease. This was Suite Restoration.
Why “Suite Restoration”?
Because this space is where I release.
Where I rebuild.
Where I get back everything, I thought I lost.
I walked away from a situationship that broke more than my heart. I said goodbye to a version of entrepreneurship that left me exhausted and uncertain. I fought with my thoughts daily. And still—God whispered, “Restore.”
This apartment didn’t just fall in my lap. It was the result of a long, soul-stretching season. I knew I wanted this to be more than a move. I wanted it to be a declaration.
A home with intention.
A home with vision.
A home with rooms that heal.
The Living Room — The Gathering Space
This is where joy lives. It’s the first thing people see, and it sets the tone. This is where conversation flows, records spin, flowers bloom, and spirit settles. This room says, “Come as you are, but leave better.”
The Bedroom — The Sanctuary
Where prayers are whispered. Where dreams stretch out across soft sheets and morning starts slow. This is my cocoon. My chrysalis. The most vulnerable part of my restoration lives here.
🚿 The Bathroom — The Baptismal
Yes, it's where I shower—but it's also where I prepare. The mirror isn’t just for makeup—it’s for reflection. I light candles. I play gospel. I anoint myself. This is where I wash off the day and step into new grace.
🍴 The Kitchen — The Altar
Here’s where love simmers. The stove becomes sacred. I cook with intention, bless every bite, and feed more than just hunger. I feed fellowship. I feed legacy. This is Floral and Spice in motion.
🪴 The Sitting Room / Nook — The Garden
Books. Journals. A cup of tea. Incense swirling through the air. This is where I meet God in silence. Where I remind myself who I am. Where strategy and spirit find each other. My little slice of Eden.
I was hopping around for a year and a half. Nothing felt like home. But now—this feels like revival. Every corner of this apartment carries a part of me. And not the broken me. The restored me.
So when people ask where I live now, I don’t just say “Apartment 13.”
I say, “Suite Restoration.”
Because I’m not just housed—I’m home.
Welcome to the revival.
Let the restoration begin.
